The Nervous System Reset Series is an 8-week live group experience designed to help you return to equilibrium through simple, powerful practices that calm the mind and regulate the body.

Each week we’ll gather on Zoom for a 60-minute session that blends:

  • Conscious breathwork to balance energy and settle the nervous system
     

  • Guided Yoga Nidra (deep rest meditation) to release tension and access inner stillness
     

  • Weekly reflection prompts and take-home guide to help you integrate what you learn
     

This series is perfect for anyone seeking a structured way to cultivate calm, presence, and sustainable well-being — and is fully aligned with most corporate wellness or mindfulness reimbursement programs.

All sessions are recorded so you can revisit them anytime.
